Notice of Excavation Permit granted to Lumen (CenturyLink):

On behalf of Lumen (CenturyLink), Telcom Construction, LLC will be granted an excavation permit to maintain existing fiber cable conduits and to bore 352' of conduit and fiber cable, along W. Main Street/County Road E28 & Davis Street  (See attached project plans).
