The street department maintains nearly 67 miles of streets.  This maintenance over a 12-month period includes snow removal, ice control, street sweeping, striping, pothole repairs, cleaning catch basins, resurfacing, curb and gutter repair, storm maintenance, signage, dust control, tree removal, assisting other city departments as needed, building maintenance, and grading gravel roads and alleys.
